Work-Based Learning (WIL) Integrated Learning and Management Model of the Master of Arts in Local Development Strategy Program

This research consists purposes were 1. to establish a teaching and learning network that integrates work-integrated learning (WIL) 2. to draft and develop the curriculum (TQF.2) in a WIL format 3. to develop and prepare a learning management plan (TQF.3 or TQF.4) for WIL teaching and 4. to synthesize knowledge and innovations in curriculum development (TQF.2) for WIL. This is a qualitative research. The research instrument is an interview form. The target group of the research is 15 people who were selected purposively. The information gathered from interview forms and related documents were then content analysis. The research results found that 1) The network creation, three organizations were involved 2) The curriculum development resulted in a WIL-based learning plan for the first year, first semester, registered 6 credits. In the second semester, there are four courses in module format, Module 1: which focuses on Strategic Planning Approach, Module 2: Development principles registered 9 credits, The third semester includes three courses, Module 3: focused on the Application of Knowledge for Local Development, registered 9 credits, In the second academic year, first semester, there are two courses organized from basic to advanced in module format. This includes Module 4: focused on Integrated Research, registered 12 credits, bringing the cumulative credits to 36 3) The results of the development and preparation of the learning management plan resulted in learning outcomes (TQF.3 or TQF.4) in the (WIL) format and 4) The synthesis of knowledge and innovations in work-integrated learning resulted in drafting a Master of Arts curriculum in Local Development Strategy for WIL.
