Effective Factors for The Implementation of Educational Supervision in School under Nakhon Sawan City Municipality

This research consists purposes were 1. to Effective factors for the implementation of educational supervision in School under Nakhon Sawan City Municipality and 2. to relationship between effective factors for the implementation of educational supervision and implementation of Educational Supervision in school under Nakhon Sawan City Municipality. This is a quantitative research The research instrument is a questionnaire. The sample group is 336 teachers in educational institutions under the Nakhon Sawan Municipality who were selected purposively. The data collected from the questionnaires were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including percentages, means, standard deviations, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research results found that 1) the overall rating mean of Effective factors for the implementation of educational supervision in school under Nakhon Sawan City Municipality were at the high level (x̅= 4.27, S.D.= 0.49) and 2) Effective factors of restrained supervisor factors resource factors and supervisee factors positive influenced the implementation of educational supervision and could be combined to predict the implementation of educational supervision in school under Nakhon Sawan City Municipality significantly at the .01 level with the predicting power of 79 percent. the predicting equation was as follows: Z’ = .46Z3+ .29Z1+ .26Z4
