The Government Measure to Manage Funeral Assistance in Community

Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. to study concepts, theories, and principles related to government measures for supervising community-level cremation assistance 2. to study problems, obstacles, and limitations in the government sector's supervision of community-level cremation assistance 3. to analyze problems and determine measures. Supervise government community level cremation assistance and 4. to prepare guidelines for measures to supervise government community level cremation assistance. This research is qualitative the research instrument is an interview form, with a target group of 25 people who were specifically selected. The information gathered from interview forms and related documents were then content analysis. This research found that 1) Establishing guidelines for measures for regulating cremation assistance at the community level for the government sector. Related concepts, theories, and principles are the concept of cremation assistance. social capital concept Community organization welfare concept Punishment theory Principles of human security and principles of participation. 2) The Management of funeral assistance in community, guilty and punishment and the regulation of funeral assistance association were loose and disability to protect fraud. These issues become problem of the funeral assistance law in community. 3) The measure should be determined by officers from public and private sections. They must mainly keep benefits of people and members of the funeral assistance. 4) The government measure contains law structures including (1) definition (2) funeral assistance committee (3) authority (4) the Office of Government Funeral Assistance in Community and (5) punishment.
