A Developing a Model Community of Ethical Dialogue for youth According to Buddhist Principles for Sustainable Ethical Security in Fragile Areas School at MahaSarakham Province

This research consists purposes were 1. to study the youth’s ethical problem in fragile areas school 2. to study a body of knowledge and ethical dialogue and 3. to develop a model community of ethical dialogue in fragile areas school - Mahachaipittayakhan school Tambon Thasongkhon, Amphoe Muang, MahaSarakham Province. This is a qualitative research. The research instrument is an interview form. The target group is 205 people who were selected purposively. The information gathered from interview forms and related documents were then content analysis. The results of the research found that 1) Schools in fragile areas have many problems, ethically significant social condition is the changing family situation, namely, there are an increasing of families in which parents are divorced. The family institution has reduced its role in moral refinement. 2) Knowledge of ethics is based on Buddhism. The process of creating a dialogue to develop knowledge and morality has 4 steps: (1) investigation roots (2) sharing experiences (3) create goals (4) using the principles to lead the development of life and 3) Development of an ethical model community Developed on the basis of the conversational ethics process in order to apply ethical knowledge in the conversational ethics. There are Buddhist teachers teaching morality in schools in the Buddhist School Network as a model for development.
