Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. to study factors affecting Knowledge Management Model to Local Wisdom Praewa Silk Weaving 2. to design a model to enhance the Knowledge Management Model to Local Wisdom Praewa Silk Weaving and 3. to carry out a trial run and assess the Knowledge Management Model to Local Wisdom Praewa Silk Weaving in Kham Muang District, Kalasin Province. Mixed method research consists of quantitative research and qualitative research. The instruments was a questionnaires interviews and observations. The sample of 383 subjects used in Phase 1 research using stratified random sampling and simple random sampling and the target group in Phase 2 of 20 people and Phase 3 of 50 people, obtained through purposive sampling. Data from the questionnaire were analyzed using descriptive statistics including percentage, mean, standard deviation. Data were analysis using structural equation analysis (SEM) and using AMOS program. Comparative analysis of experimental results between pretest and posttest using multivariate analysis of variance. Multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA: Repeated Measure) set the statistical significance level at .05, as well as the data gathered from the interview and the observation method of explaining the content The results showed 1) Factors affecting the Knowledge Management Model to Local Wisdom Praewa Silk Weaving with statistical significance at the level of .05 2) Knowledge Management Model to Local Wisdom Praewa Silk Weaving by creating 14 development activities. and 3) the trial of the knowledge management model to local wisdom praewa silk weaving, it was found that after the experiment, the experimental group had different knowledge management than before with statistical significance at the level of .05
