Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. to study the level of quality of work of personnel Lak Mueang Subdistrict Municipality Mueang District Ratchaburi Province and 2. to study and analyze the level of organizational culture characteristics that affect the quality of work of personnel Lak Mueang Subdistrict Municipality Mueang District Ratchaburi Province. is a quantitative research The research tool was a questionnaire with a sample group of 118 personnel of Lak Mueang Subdistrict Municipality Mueang District Ratchaburi Province by purposive selection The data collected from the questionnaire was then analyzed using descriptive statistics consisting of percentage mean and standard deviation. 1) Work quality level of personnel of Lak Mueang Subdistrict Municipality Mueang District Ratchaburi Province It was found that the work quality level of personnel of Lak Mueang Subdistrict Municipality Mueang District Ratchaburi Province consisted of 1.1) Characteristics of organizational culture that affect the quality of work of personnel of Lak Mueang Subdistrict Municipality Ratchaburi Province as a whole is at a high level (x̅= 3.80, S.D. = 0.71) 1.2) Characteristics of organizational culture that affect the quality of work of Lak Mueang Subdistrict Municipality personnel Ratchaburi Province Overall creative characteristics (x̅= 3.83, S.D. = 0.70) 1.3) Characteristics of organizational culture that affect the quality of work of Lak Mueang Subdistrict Municipality personnel. Ratchaburi Province Regarding defensive-sedentary characteristics overall (x̅= 3.78, S.D. = 0.70) 1.4) Characteristics of organizational culture that affect the quality of work of Lak Muang Subdistrict Municipality personnel Ratchaburi Province Overall defensive-aggressive characteristics (x̅= 3.79, S.D. = 0.68) and 2) the level of organizational cultural characteristics that affect the quality of work of Lak Muang Subdistrict Municipality personnel.
