Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. to study the level of factors affecting work engagement of non-commissioned police officers in Dan Makham Tia Provincial Police Station Kanchanaburi Province and 2. to study and use the results of the study as recommendations for building engagement in the work of non-commissioned police officers in Dan Makham Tia Police Station Kanchanaburi Province. is a quantitative research The research tool was a questionnaire with a sample group of non-commissioned police officers in Dan Makham Tia Provincial Police Station Kanchanaburi Province 115 people, all from purposive selection. The data collected from the questionnaire was then analyzed using descriptive statistics consisting of percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of the research found that 1) Factors affecting work engagement of non-commissioned police officers in Dan Makham Tia Provincial Police Station. Kanchanaburi Province as a whole is at a high level (x̅= 3.88, S.D. = 0.75) and when considering each aspect in order from highest to lowest average, it is the organization aspect (x̅= 3.82, S.D. = 0.65), followed by the aspect The work performed (x̅= 3.80, S.D. = 0.69), the development aspect (x̅= 3.79, S.D. = 0.70), and the compensation aspect had the lowest average values ​​(x̅= 3.75, S.D. = 0.60) and 2) the suggestions in Creating a bond in the work of non-commissioned police officers in Dan Makham Tia Police Station.
