This research consists purposes were to study the operational management of chili traders. In the Special Economic Zone, Tak Province, is a qualitative research. The target group is the chili business operators in the Special Economic Zone, Tak Province, 12 people. Research tools is a questionnaire. The sample selection method was used using a snowball sampling method, collecting data by in-depth interviews and then using the obtained data to conduct content analysis. The results of the study found the chili traders in the Special Economic Zone, Tak Province, are mostly small to medium sized businesses. Run a family business Manage it yourself A small number of workers are hired. The operations management model is still in its traditional form. Emphasis on experiential learning The operations management of chili trade operators in terms of Input found that the import the chili of entrepreneurs in the area of Mae Sot District, Tak Province, has sources of the chili from Myanmar. While entrepreneurs in the Phop Phra District area There is a source for sourcing the chili from the operator's own garden. and purchase additional items from farmers in Tak Province. Regarding the process, it was found that entrepreneurs in the Special Economic Zone, Tak Province, have similar operating procedures in terms of procuring raw materials. Inspection of product quality, processing, purchasing, and shipping of products. In process of Output found that some entrepreneurs were transforming fresh chili into dried chili, ground chili, or chili sauce and sending the produce to wholesale markets. within the country such as Talad Thai, Si Mum Mueang Market, CP All Company, etc. In addition, products are exported abroad such as Singapore, Malaysia
