This research consists purposes were 1. to effects of accounting professional competency and motivation for performing work the affected success in the accounting profession in terms of career advancement 2. to effects of accounting professional competency and motivation for performing work the affected success in achieving set goals and 3. to effects of accounting professional competency and motivation for performing work the affected success in terms of operations It is reliable and trustworthy. It is quantitative research. There is a research tool, namely a questionnaire, with the sample group being civil servants and government employees, Ministry employees and regular employees in the Department of Medical Services. There were 242 people performing duties relating to finance and accounting. was obtained from quantitative calculations using the formula Taro Yamane (1973) formula at an error level of 0.05 derived from purposive sampling. The data collected from the questionnaire was then analyzed using multiple regression, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research results found that 1) effects of accounting professional competency and motivation for performing work the affected success in the accounting profession in terms of career advancement overall, it was at the high level (x̅= 4.02, S.D. = 0.835) 2) effects of accounting professional competency and motivation for performing work the affected success in achieving set goals overall it is at the high level (x̅= 4.01, S.D. = 0.836) and 3) Effects of accounting professional competency and motivation for performing work the affected success in terms of operations It is reliable and trustworthy. overall, it is at the high level (x̅= 4.02, S.D. = 0.835)
