Abstract

This academic article the objective is to study the production process of pottery, arts and culture using local wisdom. Cremation of the Ban Mo community Khwao Subdistrict Mueang District Maha Sarakham Province By using a qualitative study method the research instrument was an interview. The results of the study found that Pottery production process of the Ban Mo community It is a handicraft made by hand and using materials from natural sources, with a detailed production process in the following steps: 1. soil preparation 2. kneading the clay 3. shaping 4. hitting the pot 5. drying 6. firing process Points out that the factors of the pottery wisdom of the Ban Mo community Traditional production of the Ban Mo community is about soil resources, the highlight of traditional production. The ingredients used can be found in the village and nearby villages. Practices regarding the division of duties and public space is the division of duties and practices in pottery production. To reduce investment risk The pottery making process of the Ban Mor community involves a natural firing process by controlling the temperature of the fire itself so that the fire is not too high.
