Abstract

This academic article presents knowledge about the advancement and development of AI technology continues to play an increasingly important role. Therefore, it’s inevitable for many organizations to use this technology in both daily life and work in order to grow in a modern way and deal with risks that may affect a person’s life and work. This academic article is a study of AI technology and sustainable human resource development. The author has synthesized theoretical concepts regarding AI technology and sustainable human resource development concepts. It was found that rapid changes in technology and innovation require individuals and organizations to prepare themselves to adapt to and utilize AI technology, which plays a role in human resource development, including 1) training and development 2) career development and 3) organizational development, to help create a more efficient work system, lifelong learning, various forms of collaborative learning behavior, and a modern environment and atmosphere. Electronic and online systems have been used to help develop electronic training, online training and applications, as well as individual evaluation before and after training. The results of this study will serve as a guideline for executives, personnel, and organizations at all levels, both in the government and private sectors, to recognize the importance of their involvement in changing concepts and be ready for the development of human resources, which is considered an important factor in driving the organization towards continuous and sustainable development.
