Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. to study the components of developing the competencies of mentor teachers by integrating the concept of professional learning communities and intellectual guidance in schools in the Teacher Professional Development Network Roi Kaen Sarasin 2. to study the current conditions and desired conditions for developing the competencies of mentor teachers by integrating the concept of professional learning communities and intellectual guidance in schools in the Teacher Professional Development Network Roi Kaen Sarasin 3. to develop a model for developing the competencies of mentor teachers by integrating the concept of professional learning communities and intellectual guidance in schools in the Teacher Professional Development Network Roi Kaen Sarasin and 4. to experiment with a model for developing the competencies of mentor teachers by integrating the concept of professional learning communities and intellectual guidance in schools in the Teacher Professional Development Network Roi Kaen Sarasin. is quantitative research. The research tool was a questionnaire with a sample size of 306 people that came from using the formula of Taro Yamane (1973). The data collected from the questionnaire were then analyzed using descriptive statistics consisting of percentages, averages, and values. standard deviation. The results of the research found that 1) Components for developing the competencies of mentor teachers by integrating the concept of professional learning communities and intellectual guidance in schools in the Teacher Professional Development Network. Roi Kaen Sarasin consists of 5 components 35 indicators 2) Current conditions and desired conditions for developing the competencies of mentor teachers by integrating the concept of professional learning communities and intellectual guidance in schools in the Teacher Professional Development Network. Roi Kaen Sarasin Overall, it is at a high level (x̅= 3.74, S.D.= 0.67) 3) Development of the competency development model for mentor teachers, consisting of 3.1) principles 3.2) objectives 3.3) activity organizing process 3.4) methods of operation and 3.5) measurement and evaluation and 4) results of the trial using the competency development model Teacher mentors by integrating the concept of professional learning communities and intellectual guidance in schools in the Teacher Professional Development Network Roi Kaen Sarasin was found to be higher than before development and passed the highest evaluation criteria (x̅= 4.81, S.D.=0.39).
