The Impact of Operating Ratios and Capital Structure on Profit Management and Market Value of the Entity Listed Companies in the Stock Exchange of Thailand in Industrials

Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. to examine factors affecting operating ratios affecting profit management. and the market value of the business Companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in the industry and 2. to examine the impact of capital structure on profit management and market value of companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in the industry group This is quantitative research that uses the financial statement data collection record form as a research instrument during to 2019 – 2021 (3 years). An example used in study was listed companies in the Stock Exchange of Thailand In Industrials. Collected data from 2019 – 2021 of 91 companies, and received 273 data annually by each company. Data was analyzed by using descriptive statistics to describe the general nature of the data and multiple regression analysis in hypothesis testing. The results of the study showed that 1) Ability to pay debts Financial liquidity ratio has a positive effect on profit management and market value of the business with a statistical significance of 0.05 level. In addition, the Fixed asset ratio does not affect profit management and market value of the business and 2)total debt to equity ratio Total liabilities to total assets ratio It has a positive effect on the profit management and market value of the company with a statistical significance of 0.05 level.  in addition, the level of debt creation according to the book value does not affect the profit management and market value of the company.
