Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. To study the impact of operational competency on the financial effectiveness of the Office of the Court of Justice and 2. To study the impact of the performance competency on the accounting effectiveness of the Office of the Court of Justice. This is a quantitative research with research tools. namely, which is a questionnaire with a sample of 163 people, all of whom are financial and accounting practitioners of the Office of the Court of Justice. derived from the use of the Taro Yamane formula (1973) at a tolerance of 0.05 The data collected from the questionnaire were analyzed using descriptive statistics consisting of percentage, mean, standard deviation. Correlation coefficient analysis to test the relationship between independent and dependent variables. Multiple regression analysis to test hypotheses statistically significant at 0.01 and 0.05 levels The results of the research were found that 1) The study of operational competency towards financial effectiveness of the Office of the Court of Justice. It was found that the performance competencies were skills in the accounting profession. skills in information technology, finance and accounting and skills in interpersonal and communication skills. Positively affects the financial effectiveness of receiving and keeping money. Remittance and money control and the preparation of financial reports statistically significant at the level 0.01 skills in knowledge and competence Positively affects the financial effectiveness of receiving and keeping money. Remittance and money control and the preparation of financial reports statistically significant at the 0.05 level 2) The study of operational competencies towards accounting effectiveness of the Office of the Court of Justice found that operational competencies are as follows: Accounting Professional Skills and skills in information technology, finance and accounting Positively affect the effectiveness of accounting in achieving goals and achievements. The accuracy of work and government regulations and the development of accountant competency with statistical significance at 0.01 level. and skills in interpersonal and communication It has a positive impact on the effectiveness of accounting in achieving goals and achievements, correctness of work and government regulations. and the development of accountant competency statistically significant at the 0.05 level
