Political and Local Development Roles of Sub-district and Village Headman not Stated in Local Government Act, Buddhist Era 2457.

Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. to study the roles and duties under the provisions of the law and the roles that are not in accordance with the provisions of the law in working with the provincial government and local government organizations 2. to study the roles and duties that are not mentioned in the provisions of the law. During the non-elected government and the elected government and 3. to study the effect of changing the law concerning the village headman and village headman. especially the change of term of office from 60 years to 5 years. is a qualitative research using the interview research tool. The target group 73 people were selected by purposive sampling method and consists of village headman, subdistrict headman, deputy district chief, district chief, local council member and executive.
