Model of Organic Law on Authority Inspection of National Anti-Corruption Commission.

Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. to build the model of Organic Law on Inspection of the exercise of National Anti-Corruption Commission and 2. apply the model to audit transparency and the exercise of National Anti-Corruption Commission, and increase an efficiency of the audit procedure. This study is qualitative research. In-depth interview was applied as research instrument. The target group of this research was 16 stakeholders, selected by purposive sampling. The research information was collected from relevant documents, interview and recording form, and content analysis method was applied to Content Analysis. The result of this research presents that 1) the proper model of Organic Law on inspection of the exercise of National Anti-Corruption Commission contains 5 issues. The first issue is determination of appropriate definition. The second issue relates to structural determination of audit organization to inspect the exercise of National Anti-Corruption Commission. The structural determination will be determined by people sector. The third issue is determination of people’s authority and responsibility. The fourth issue is audit procedure, and the fifth issue is the result of inspection and 2) The appropriate structural determination of audit organization of people sector, determination of people’s authority and responsibility and determination of audit procedure to inspect the exercise of National Anti-Corruption Commission are applied as instruments to check transparency and auditability of the exercise of National Anti-Corruption Commission effectively.
