Development of Law to Adapt Good Governance for Law on National Anti-Corruption Commission.

Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. to study and analyze suitable good governance for National Anti-Corruption Commission of Thailand and 2. to adapt good governance for law on National Anti-Corruption Commission. This study is qualitative research and research instrument is interview. The target group of this research consists of 16 people, selected by purposive sampling. The target group is divided into the following 4 groups. Group 1 includes 4 people of academic staff. Group 2 contains 4 people of justice procedure. Group 3 includes 4 people of government officer, and group 4 contains 4 people of public group. This data from interview and relevant documents are analyzed by content analysis. This research presents that 1) there are 10 principles of good governance, enforcing law to monitor the exercise of National Anti-Corruption Commission. The 10 principles of good governance include rule of law, ethic, transparency, public participation, inspection of public organization, valuableness, accountability, efficiency and productibility, justice and equality and information accessibility and 2) The 10 principles lead to additional procedure of legislation of Organic Act on Anti-Corruption, and the principles should be enacted on the Organic Act on Anti-Corruption, in order to be the law to monitor the exercise of National Anti-Corruption Commission.
