Kaen Playing Technique in LayYai of Boonsuan Sompan.

This research consists purposes were 1. to study the technique of blowing Kaen Lai Yai by Mr. Boonsuan Somphan and 2. to analyze the decoration of the Kaen Lai Yai melody of Mr. Boonsuan Somphan as a research study. qualitative by using research tools such as surveys, observation forms and interviews. The researcher collected data from relevant research papers and field data. which was obtained from interviews and observations by defining the scope of the population by a specific model, namely Mr. Boonsuan Somphan. House No. 221, Village No. 10, Ban Kho Subdistrict, Mueang District, Khon Kaen Province and then use the data to analyze the content The results of the research showed that 1) Blowing Kaen of large pattern Mr. Boon Suan Sompharn There is an element of movement, style, emotion Intelligence and imagination and the technique of playing which can be separated as follows: 1.1) the use of wind 1.2) the use of the tongue 1.3) the use of fingers 1.4) the use of notes and 2) the analysis of the decoration of the Kaen in layYai melody of Mr. Boonsuan Somphan, the researcher has conducted Analysis of 3 topics, namely 2.1) Rhythm analysis, it was found that there were rhythmic movements of the melody that descended the rising and falling rhythms as follows: the introductory part had 41 raised and lowered beats, the reading part had 54 raised and lowered beats 65 times, the walking part. There were 102 lifting beats and 103 falling times 2.2) The melody analysis was the analysis of the sound characteristics. It was found that the sound was the most frequent sound of 75 times, the sound of a donkey 70 times, the sound of Rae 57 times, the sound of Sol 51 times. 38 Do sounds, 10 t sounds, and 3 fa sounds, in which Me and La sounds are the main sounds in blowing khaen lai yai and 2.3) Structure and pattern analysis. Kan Lai Yai melody of Mr. Boonsuan Somphan has 3 main structures: the introductory part, the reading part, the walking part, and the result of analyzing the density or texture of the melody in the packing of the notes per room It was found that there were 8 patterns in total.
