This research consists purposes 1. In order to develop physical education activities by using group dynamic games for reducing bully behavior of primary school children; and 2. In order to assess quality of learning management through group dynamic games for reducing bully behavior of primary school children. This research was a research and development mode. There were research tools which consisted of (1) a learning management plan for physical education activities using group games to reduce bullying behaviors of early childhood children; (2) a form to assess the usefulness and possibility. The research sample consisted of 175 people who were physical education teachers and class teachers. The teaching is in kindergarten grades 1 - 3 of a private school. and schools under the primary school district office in Bangkok That comes from Craigie and Morgan's prefabricated tables. by randomly stratified proportionally the data obtained from research tools were analyzed by using descriptive statistics consisting of percentage, mean, standard deviation. and the t-test using the One Sample t-test. the result of research to found that 1) Development of physical education activities by using group dynamic game activities for reducing bully behavior of primary school children. The content validity of 0.93 was considered appropriate, 2) assessment quality of usefulness physical education average was 4.00, very high level and possibility average was 4.01, very high, which was higher than specified benchmark, which was 3.50, with a statistically significant level of .05.
