Development of Emergency Medical Service Management Model in Emergency Patient Referral for Situations the Epidemic of Coronavirus Disease 2019 in Phayao Province.

This research consists purposes 1. To study the situation of emergency medical services in emergency patient referral for the epidemic situation of Corona 2019 or Covid-19 in Phayao Province 2. To develop a model for emergency medical service management in referring emergency patients for the epidemic situation of coronavirus disease 2019 or coviral-19 in Phayao province. is a combination of qualitative and quantitative research. Research tools include questionnaires and interview forms. The research sample consisted of 123 people from Krejcie & Morgan's (1970) open tables and 23 people were targeted from specific selections. The data collected from the questionnaire were analyzed using descriptive statistics consisting of percentage, mean, standard deviation. and information gathered from related documents including the interview form for Content Analysis. The results showed that 1) The overall situation of emergency medical services in emergency patient referral in the situation of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 epidemic in Phayao Province was at a moderate level (x̅=2.64, SD=0.65) and 2) Management of emergency medical services in emergency referrals for the situation of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 or COVID-19 epidemic in Phayao Province consisting of: (1) Developing organizations with potential in managing emergency medical services (2) Develop personnel to be competent in accordance with emergency medical standards. (3) Strengthen participation of all parties in the emergency medical system (4) Build knowledge, innovation and database development for the administration and organization of a modern quality emergency medical operating system that is linked to the whole system (5) to build confidence and trust among people in the use of emergency medical services and (6) to supervise the medical service system. continuous emergency and has established guidelines.
