This research consists purposes 1. to develop strategies for driving English reading and writing skills of junior high school students in Thepsuwanchanwittaya School, Amphawa District, Samut Songkhram Province 2.to develop strategies for developing English reading and writing skills of junior high school students in Thepsuwanchanwittaya School, Amphawa District, Samut Songkhram Province; and 3. to develop English reading and writing skills. junior high school students of Thepsuwanchan Wittaya School, Amphawa District, Samut Songkhram Province is a Quantitative Research The research tools are a (1) test of students' English reading and writing skills, (2) a student's English reading and writing assessment form assessed by teachers and students namely a test of students, and (3) a guide to research strategies for driving and developing English reading and writing skills of lower secondary school students. The sample group are 113 people by random sampling and use the information gathered from the test were analyzed by using descriptive statistics consisting of percentage, mean, standard deviation. and obtained from the interview form for content analysis. The results of the research were as follows: 1) Strategies to drive and develop students' English reading and writing skills. Thepsuwanchanwittaya School It uses two strategies: the engagement strategy and teamwork strategies 2) Strategies that strategies for developing students' English reading and writing skills Thepsuwanchanwittaya School is the use of CIRC and 4 W1H teaching methods as a tool to drive the development of students' English reading and writing skills. and 3) Results of the development of English reading and writing skills of junior high school students in Thepsuwanchanwittaya School before and after class It was found that students who had developed their reading and writing skills in English Thepsuwanchanwittaya School There was a clear increase in the test score after studying from the pre-study test score. where the students had a grade point average before class was m=7.30, s=2.23, representing 36.5%, and the mean score after school was m= 17.26, s=1.40 or 86.32 percent. The mean score after school was increased by 49.82%, which was clearly an increase from the pre-study test score.
