Abstract

This academic article to study the elements of school administration towards excellence in municipal schools under the local government organization. The researcher has synthesized the concept and theory of educational institution administration. Management concepts of quality managers the concept of the National Quality Award of the United States, the model of quality management in educational institutions. and school management towards excellence and study related research the results showed that The elements of educational institution management towards excellence in municipal schools under local administrative organizations consist of 1) network of stakeholders 2) leadership 3) strategic planning 4) human resource management 5) media development, innovation, technology 6) morality Executive Ethics 7) Information Management 8) Management General administration, academic administration personnel management financial and budget management and 9) audit, follow-up, evaluation.
