Abstract

This academic article is a study and analyze guidelines for the development and comparison of the electoral system. The Source of Members of the House of Representatives on a party list form according to The Organic Act on the Election of Members of the House of Representatives, B.E. 2561, with information from Thai law and German law. As a suggestion to amend The Organic Act on the Election of Members of the House of Representatives, B.E. 2561, as well as requiring The Election Commission to issue operating procedures relating to the entire election process to ensure appropriateness and accuracy. Studies have shown that both types of MPs still adhere to direct and secret voting principles. By voting in each election must be separate by using electronic systems or other methods as appropriate to facilitate the voters. In addition, the electoral system of the members of the House of Representatives mentioned above will not exaggerate large political parties and will benefit small and medium political parties tends to lead to a coalition government that facilitates an atmosphere of reconciliation and reduces political conflict. and If Thailand adopts the idea of ​​a foreign election system It must adopt only a model emphasizing the fundamental values ​​of electoral principles. That must be respected and accepted would lead to a solution to a problem in politics as well as the organization of various political institutions in accordance with the concept that the supreme power of government belongs to the people would be a more appropriate approach to develop into a truly democratic society.
