Abstract

This research consists purposes to study the composition indicators of administrators of secondary schools, under the Office of the Basic Education Commission. is a qualitative research by studying from various documents, literature related Then use the information gathered from various documents, literature related to Content Analysis. The research results were found that it consisted of 5 main components, 19 sub-components, classified as 1) Open Communication, 4 sub-components, 2) Clear, 4 sub-components, 3) Consideration, the number of 4 sub-components 4) Complete, number of 4 sub-elements, and 5) Optimism for the organization, consisting of 3 sub-elements it consists of 1) participation, 2) organizational atmosphere, and 3) common attitude.
