Efficiency Development for the Participatory Education Quality Assurance in Bansamrong Pracharat School Surin Province.

Abstract

This research consists purposes were 1. to study the current situation and analyze the basic data in the participatory educational quality assurance in Bansamrongpracharat School, Surin province 2. to improve the efficiency of participatory educational quality assurance in terms of planning, operating, performance auditing, and operational improvement and 3. to assess the satisfaction of personnel towards the improvement of participatory quality assurance efficiency. It is a combination of quantitative and qualitative research. The research tools consisted of questionnaires, structured interview forms, observation forms, and record forms. A sample group of 21 people and a target group of 15 people came from a specific selection. The data collected from the questionnaire were analyzed using descriptive statistics consisting of percentage, mean, standard deviation. and the data collected from documents, interview forms, record forms, and observation forms were used for content analysis. Surin Province consists of planning Operations In terms of operating results audit In terms of operational improvement 2) the improvement of quality assurance efficiency of pre- and post-development comparative studies, it was found that before development, it was at a moderate level (x̅ = 3.27). At a high level (x̅ = 3.91), it was shown that the efficiency improvement of participatory educational quality assurance at Ban Samrong Pracharath School Surin and 3) the evaluation of the effectiveness of participatory educational quality assurance at Ban Samrong Pracharath School. Surin province found that before development, it was at a moderate level (x̅=3.42). at a high level (x̅ = 4.44), indicating that the improvement in the effectiveness of participative quality assurance have more value
