Abstract

The purposes of this study were to 1. study causal factors affecting the enhancement of Ordinary National Educational Test (O-NET), and 2) synthesize guidelines to enhance the fruitful academic quality affecting the enhancement of O-NET. This was the Qualitative Research, There are research tools such as structured interviews. The interview is structured. Record form for group chat activities and an assessment form for the appropriateness and feasibility of an approach to improving academic quality with research target groups A total of 15 sample schools which is a secondary school under the Surin Secondary Education Service Area Office Grade 6, Academic Year 2020 arranged in order The data collected from research tools were then content analyzed. The research results were found as the followings. 1) Empirical factors that cause an increase in O-NET test results, classified into 5 factors: 1.1) Planning and designing an operation to enhance academic quality or to enhance learning achievement has 6 steps 1.2) There are 3 aspects to support and support of the management: 1.3) 6 aspects of learning achievement enhancement activities, 1.4) achievement enhancing activities that are carried out until it is a way of life and suitable for schools with 4 characteristics, and 1.5) other hidden factors that This resulted in an increase in school O-NET test results. There were 6 sub-factors and 2) an effective guideline for improving academic quality of the Surin Secondary Education Service Area Office that resulted in an increase in O-NET test results as follows: 2.1) Schools must plan and design a systematic and procedural operation. Build understanding of activities to raise academic quality by developing sub-activities to drive the main factors that will increase the results of the O-NET test 2.2) Emphasize the use of activities to enhance the achievement and 2.3) apply PLC activities that integrate assessment to improve work at every step. However, experts have assessed the suitability of the guidelines and found that they are at a high level. and saw that there was a high probability that other schools could apply it to improve school-level performance to be more effective.
