Abstract

The purposes of this study were to 1. to study the level of learning organization of Ban Suan Udom Wittaya School. Under the Office of Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area 1, 2. To study the effectiveness of Ban Suan Udom Wittaya School 3. To find the relationship between the organization of learning and the effectiveness of the school and 4. To study the elements of the organization. of learning that affects the effectiveness of the school It is a quantitative research. The research tool was a questionnaire. The sample consisted of 2 administrators, 46 teachers and 344 students in grades 1-3, a total of 392 students, which were obtained by selective selection. The data were analyzed in the statistics package program, such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis The results showed that The findings revealed as follow:  1) The learning organization of Bansuanudomvittaya school as a whole, the mean score was at a high level 2) Effectiveness of the school, the overall mean was at a high level 3) The learning organization and the school effectiveness was significantly positive correlation at a high level (rxy=.797) of .05.  4) The learning organization can be statistically predicted the school effectiveness at a high level of .05. There were the mastery knowledge of oneself, systematic thinking, thinking pattern,learning together as a team, and building shared visions could be accounted for school effectiveness at 76.00 % and written as a forecasting equation in standard form as follow: Z´y = .466X5 +.414X1+ 382X2 -.362X4  +.282X3
