Abstract

The purposes of this study were to strengthen a justice administrative assessment learning process for community. It is a qualitative research. The research tool was an interview form and the target group was the people of Khao Kho District. Phetchabun Province 50 people who faced the problem of access to the justice system by choosing a specific Then use the information gathered from the interview form. group meeting process and related documents, literature, research to content analysis Results of the research had shown an overall learning process derived deliberatively not only between 50 participants, but also between participants and moderator. Many participants echoed back positively in the projects’ content which enhanced participants’ knowledge on laws and justice administrative process. Moreover, the participants resounded that the projects’ content was easy to inform and apply into everyday-life activities. After the projects’content was revised, the Participants showed trustworthiness in the usefulness of a justice administrative assessment especially in the information acknowledgment aspect. The factor which was the most affecting on participants’ knowledge acknowledgement was a moderator. Researchers invited the moderator from Phetchabun Justice Administrative Office whom had an experience in a problem-solving for the people in a justice administrative assessment process. The final outcome of this research was a role model community where the useful information of the justice administrative assessment process was percepted and recognized.
