The Participation Management of Network Party in Administration of Non-Formal and Informal Education in Phanat Nikhom District.

Abstract

The purposes of this study were 1. to study the participation management of network party in administration of non-Formal and informal education. 2. to compare the participation management of network party in administration of non-Formal and informal education classified by gender, age, education degree, time of participation and status involving of group. And 3.to study the guidelines of the participation management of network party in administration of non-Formal and informal education. This Quantitative Research Research methods. The instrument was a 5-point rating scale questionnaire. The sample consisted of 306 subjects comprised the participant members and those of the network party of non-Formal and informal education in phanat nikhom district. Krecie & Morgan table was used for calculating the sample size. The statistics used were frequency discrimination, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-Test and One-way ANOVA. The results are as follows: 1) The participation management of network party in administration of NFE in phanat nikhom district was overall and in separate aspects found high. 2) The participation management of network party in administration of NFE in phanat nikhom district classified by gender, age, education degree time of participation and status involving of group found no statistically significant difference. And 3) The guidelines of the participation management of network party in administration of NFE in phanat nikhom district were as follows: surveying people’s need on the information of the unreadable, participating in the administration as network party schools by using the basic education curricular issued by Office of NFE, being responsible for mistaken task, boosting activities building collaboration between the teachers in community learning centers and the local community and taking part in approval and supervision reporting.
