Process of participate to reducing the problem of Inequality and poverty under the government provincial welfare store policy.

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1. To study the process of participate to reducing Inequality and poverty of welfare card holder under the government provincial welfare store policy in Chonuri Province. 2. To study problem process of participate to reducing Inequality and poverty of welfare card holder under the government provincial welfare store policy in Chonuri Province. This research was used qualitative research as Phenomenological approach (Creswell, 1998) Data were collected by in-depth interviews, Observations without participation, recording and taking notes from 3 group contributors with open-end questionnaire. Totally 35 persons. There are government officials involved with the Provincial Welfare Store in Chonburi, Provincial Welfare Store owner and province welfare card holders. Samples selecting by purposive sampling There are government officials who are involved in the provincial welfare store, Provincial Welfare Store owners, Provincial welfare card holders with purposive sampling selection Data collected from in-depth interviews were analyzed by content analysis. The result are 1) The process of participate to reducing the problem of Inequality and poverty under the government provincial welfare store policy in chonburi province. Government officials involved with the Provincial Welfare Store to participate in operating a provincial welfare store in performance assessments, To follow up operations, To receive complaints and to reduce inequality and poverty of welfare card holder. The provincial Welfare Store owner contribute to sacrifice in the development of operations. Including taking action on the decision to apply for a provincial welfare store. The welfare card holder most of them do not participate in the operation of the provincial welfare store. The welfare card holder only participate in the decision to buy the products that they want and according to the amount received in benefit the welfare card. 2) The participation problems will be an early complaint from the welfare card holder. Example the project about selling expensive products, The practices that difference from the policy of the provincial welfare store as not follow the government's policy. There is a crash problem. And an opportunity to use the welfare card in the early project. The problem of needs of the welfare card holder. they are need for the welfare card to meet more needs of them.
