Abstract

The purpose of the study were 1. To study components and indicators of learning management competencies in the 21st century and 2. To study the learning management competencies in the 21st century of graduate students. Program and Instructional Area According to the given elements and indicators This is a blended research between qualitative and quantitative research (Mixed Methods). The research tools were interview questionnaire, with a sample of 55 people from Taro Yamane sample size setting by Random sampling and a target group of 12 people who were selected by Purposive Sampling were analyzed by using descriptive statistics including percentage, mean, deviation. Standard Ben and compared by t-test and using the data collected in the interview form for Content Analysis. The results of the study 1) Elements and Indicators of the 21st Century Learning Management Competency consists of 7 components and 36 indicators including 1.1) Curriculum design and development of 5 indicators 1.2) Six indicators of design and management 1.3) Classroom Management, 5 Indicators 1.4) Educational Digital Technology, 5 Indicators 1.5) Design, Measurement and Evaluation 6 Indicators 1.6) Innovation and Research for Developing Learning Number 5 Indicator and 1.7) Performance of Teacher Duties of 4 Indicators And 2) students had a high overall 21st century learning management competency (4.54), and when considering the regular and associate study model, the design and curriculum development components And classroom management were statistically different at the .05 level.
