Abstract

The purposes of this study were to 1. To study the potential, market, competitors of banana products, 2. To study the form of banana processing for added value, and 3. To promote and develop banana products from Had Khupla, Pakchom District, Loei Province. This was a qualitative research by using a qualitative research process. participate The research tools were an in-depth interview form, an observation form, and the target group was members of the community enterprise group, community enterprise network in Had Khuli Sub-District, Pak Chom District, Loei Province, number of 30 members who came from a specific selection. Then use the collected data, research tools and from literature documents for content analysis. The results showed that 1) The potential of the community is that there are many raw materials in the area. The area is suitable for growing bananas. Bananas grown in Pak Chom District are bananas that are good in taste, sweet and fragrant. In terms of location, it is a route through the tourist attractions. Between Chiang Khan District, Loei Province and Sangkhom District Nong Khai Province There are many tourists passing by. Therefore, it can be developed as a souvenir product for tourists. 2) The form of processing bananas for added value is 2.1) Hygienic bananas to create a variety of products. by adding a variety of flavors; 2.2) designing new products to add value; and 2.3) reaching domestic consumers and able to be exported to foreign countries as well, such as hygienic bananas soaked in honey, banana break breaks, banana forget-kik, technology development.
