Abstract

The purposes of this study were 1. To study the level of quality factors and guidelines for cooperation in drug addiction rehabilitation treatment between the government and civil society in Nakhon Sawan Province    2. To study the level of quality factors for effective implementation of cooperation in the treatment of drug addiction between the government and civil society 3. To study the quality factors of management, guidelines for cooperation between the government and civil society on drug rehabilitation to be effective and 4. To To study the problems and obstacles arising from the cooperation in drug addiction rehabilitation between the government and civil society. It is a hybrid research between quantitative research and qualitative research. There are research tools such as questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. The sample group was officials from the Probation Department, Nakhon Sawan Province. and 285 police officers from the Nakhon Sawan Provincial Police. The sample size was selected by opening a computational table from the Taro Yamane formula and the target group of 15 people from a specific selection. The data collected from the questionnaire were analyzed using descriptive statistics consisting of percentage, mean, and deviation. The data collected from the interview form were then used. to content analysis The results showed that 1) The level of quality factors, guidelines for cooperation between the government and civil society on rehabilitation treatment for drug addicts in Nakhon Sawan Province organization leadership Overall, the overall level was at a high level (mean 4.49) 2) The level of quality factors for the implementation of cooperation between the government and civil society in the rehabilitation of drug addicts in Nakhon Sawan Province. Focusing on service recipients and stakeholders Overall, it was at a high level (mean 4.48) 3) Quality factors for the management of the guidelines for cooperation between the government and civil society consist of 3.1) designating complete service recipients and stakeholders and linking all the missions of the organization 3.2) establishing a database system on the registration process of rights and legal acts that are comprehensive, accurate and up-to-date; and 4) problems and obstacles that arise, consisting of 4.1) problems in planning, 4.2) problems in drug prevention and suppression, and 4.3) problems in strengthening the community.
