Abstract

The purposes of this study were 1. To study the current situation and problems of developing strategic leadership for the management towards excellence in educational institutions. Under the Office of the Private Education Commission 2. To develop policy proposals for developing strategic leadership towards educational excellence. under the Office of the Private Education Commission; and 3. To examine policy proposals for developing strategic leadership that affect the management towards excellence in educational institutions. under the Office of the Private Education Commission It is a combination of qualitative and quantitative research. The research tools were questionnaires, surveys, interviews, and a 3-step multi-case study, with a sample of 500 people divided into 8 groups using a simple random sampling method. Then use the information gathered from the questionnaire. The survey was analyzed using descriptive statistics consisting of percentage, mean, standard deviation. and information gathered from the interview form 3-step multi-case study form and related documents to content analysis The results showed that 1) The current state of development of strategic leadership of private educational institutions is at a high level. and the administration of educational institutions towards excellence in the private sector 2) Policy proposals for developing strategic leadership towards excellence in educational institutions: 2.1) Policy proposals for developing strategic leadership consisting of 3 recommendations and 2.2) The policy proposals for the management of educational institutions towards excellence consisted of 7 recommendations and 3) the review of strategic leadership policy proposals for management towards excellence of private schools according to the criteria, namely the appropriateness and The likelihood was found to be at the highest level. and the highest level is the consistency and suitability aspect. As for the possibility, the level is very high.
