Abstract

The purposes of this study were 1. To study the current and desirable conditions of student leadership in the 21st century 2. To develop the student leadership development model in the 21st century and 3. To study the results of the experiment using the student leadership development model. In the 21st century, the school was affiliated with Roi Et Municipality. It is a quantitative research. The quantitative research had a research tool, namely a questionnaire, and a sample of 104 people were obtained from Purposive Sampling. Standard deviation The results of the research were as follows: 1) Current and desirable status of the 21st century student leaders consisted of 1.1) the development of the school curriculum 1.2) the learning management and leadership development 2) the student leadership development results in 21st century student leadership in the 21st century human relations 5 areas overall are at a high level And 3) The results of student leadership development in the 21st century consist of three aspects. Overall, it is at a high level. And development of student leadership in the 21st century The component of 21st century student leadership in interpersonal relations consists of five areas.
