The Development Administration Model Towards Excellence of the Educational Opportunity Extension Schools in The Northeastern Region.

Abstract

The purposes of this study were 1. To study the composition of the administration. And excellence of the school, expanding educational opportunities in the Northeast 2. To study the state of administration to excellence of the school, expand educational opportunities in the Northeast and 3. To develop a management model to excellence. Of the school expanding educational opportunities in the Northeast It was a blended research between qualitative and quantitative research (Mixed Methods), with a sample group of 346 schools and a target group of 13 people. The research tools were questionnaires and interviews. The data collected from questionnaires were analyzed using descriptive statistics consisting of percentage, mean, standard deviation. And from the interview form The analysis was Content Analysis. The results of the research showed that 1) Management components and overall management condition At a high level (4.45) 2) composition of excellence and quality of excellence. The overall picture was at a high level (4.38) and 3) Leadership development as a base for resource management Strategic planning And academic administration Thus affecting the excellence of the school, expanding opportunities, respectively, such as academic achievement, organization leadership, taking advantage of the service recipients. System management Strategy management The power to strive for success Measurement results Analysis results And knowledge management.
