Abstract

This research aimed to study 1. The people's satisfaction with the quality of service of the Nong Waeng Subdistrict Administrative Organization Muang District Roi Et Province in 4 areas: service procedures, service channels, service provider and facilities and 2. To recommend the service quality of Nong Waeng Subdistrict Administrative Organization. It is a quantitative research. (Quantitative Research) with a research tool, a questionnaire, and a sample of 180 people obtained by a simple random method. The data was then collected for quantitative analysis using a ready-made program such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. The research results were 1) found that public satisfaction with the service quality of Nong Waeng Subdistrict Administrative Organization Muang district Roi Et province in the overall of 4 works and 2 projects were satisfied at the highest level of satisfaction (96.00%). And 2X In this regard, the people recommended for service quality of Nong Waeng Subdistrict Administrative Organization Mueang district Roi Et province. by proposing guidelines for the development of service quality into 4 tasks 2.1) municipal activities or disaster mitigation 2.2) environmental and sanitation 2.3) community development and social welfare and 2.4) education.
