The purposes of this study were to study and analyze the enforcement of anti-human trafficking laws between Anti-Human Trafficking Act B.E. 2551 of Trafficking Victims Protection Act of the United States of America and to analyze and propose appropriate recommendations to the law relation to actions in preventing and combating human trafficking in Thailand to be appropriate and effective. This research is qualitative research methods, By using the Documentary research technique. This research focuses on the study of Anti-Human Trafficking ACT, B.E. 2551 (2008) as amended B.E. 2558 (2015) and 2560 (2017), Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 (TVPA). Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2003 (TVPRA 2003) as amended B.E. 2546 (2003), B.E. 2548 (2005), B.E. 2551 (2008) and 2556 (2013). The results showed that the enforcement of anti-human trafficking laws was not clear to in terms of definition. There was not penalties appropriate to the severity of the problem. The integration of forces and the role of the relevant departments were not yet clear, both deterrent and prevention. Including raise awareness and promote the participation of the public and business sectors were not enough. Therefore, the enforcement of anti-human trafficking laws has been successfully. Therefore, the researcher proposed that created a department involve human trafficking cases in the Court of Justice to consider cases specifically or prescribed measures speeding up the human trafficking litigation process to be let the proceedings go quickly.
