Abstract

The purposes of this study were 1. To study the main components and sub-elements of Phrapariyattidhamma School administration. General Education Department, Group 7, under the Office of National Buddhism 2. To study the current and desirable conditions of the administration of the Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education Division, Group 7, under the Office of National Buddhism. General Studies Group 7 under the Office of National Buddhism and 4. To study the results of the use of strategies. Administration of PhraPariyatidhamma School, General Education Division, Group 7, under the Office of National Buddhism It is a quantitative research a sample of 220 people with a research tool, questionnaire, was used to analyze data collected from questionnaires using descriptive statistics consisting of percentage, mean, standard deviation. The results of the research were as follows: 1) 8 main components and sub-components of Phrapariyattidhamma School administration, 69sub-elements 2) current state of Phrapariyattidhamma School administration. Overall, the overall level was at a high level (3.61). 3) Strategy creation and development, including 3.1) a clear and stable shared vision, 3.2) community and organization participation in the area, 3.3) leadership. Changes 3.4) the teaching and learning management and 4) the main strategies and action plans according to the strategy of the administration of the Phrapariyattidhamma School, in the overall feasibility, the highest average of the core strategy (4.95). Have the highest average (4.26) suitability, the highest mean of the action plan (4.95) while the feasibility of the action plan has the highest average (4.38).
