Abstract

The purposes of this study were 1. 1. To study philosophy, theories, concepts and research related to the approach of integration in order to strengthen and develop into the political party system; The establishment of a foreign labor party Is a qualitative research methodology consisting of document research In-depth interviews Participation in design, design participation and hearing. The data were analyzed in content (Content Analysis). The results of the research found that 1) in a country with democratic regime, all people have the right to freedom of association under the highest law of each country. And freedom to conduct political activities under the protection of the law. In Thailand, too, the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand has provided protection for all issues and is enacted in the law on labor relations, which is a specific law that allows the union of workers to form a labor union. This demonstrates the law that allows laborers to join together and 2) develop the integration of labor interests into the establishment of the Labor Party of the three countries: Britain, France and Japan. That facilitates integration and development into the Labor Party or the Labor Party's political party from the transition of government from absolute monarchy to democracy. Including the development of the country through the industrial revolution And the recognition of the protection of labor rights and freedoms and labor union in accordance with the two such international laws.
