The Development of Student Care System Model for the quality students of Secondary Educational Service Area Office Nakhon Sawan

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to study 1) Analyze the components of the management of the student support system to develop the student quality in the Secondary Education Service Area Office Nakhon sawan 2) Create a management model of the student support system to develop the student quality in the Secondary Education Service Area Office Nakhon sawan 3) Try out the management of the student support system to develop the student quality in the Secondary Education Service Area Office Nakhon sawan 4) Evaluate the management model of the student support system to develop the student quality in the Secondary Education Service Area Office Nakhon sawan. The research method consists of 4 steps: 1) Analyze the management components from documents and related research and interview experts by using a structured interview form. From the sample group, the instrument used is a questionnaire. Data is analyzed by using statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Exploratory factor Analysis (EFA). 2) Create a management model of the student support system to develop student quality by holding a seminar based on experts (Connoisseurship) to examine the appropriateness of the model and the checklist manual by using content analysis, frequency and percentage. 3) Study the results of the try out of the management model of the student support system to develop student quality in the schools that are the try out group. Study the process and results of the model. The instrument used is a score recording form. The statistics used are percentage and mean. 4) Study the results of the evaluation of the management model that encourages student quality with the student support system in terms of accuracy, appropriateness, feasibility, and usefulness. The results founded that 1. The analysis result of the components of the management model for the student support system to develop student quality in the Secondary Education Service Area Office Nakhon Sawan can identified seven key components: 1) planning, 2) organization, 3) control, 4) development and improvement, 5) implementation, 6) evaluation, and 7) networking and dissemination. 2.The evaluation result of the appropriateness of the user manual for the management model of the student support system to develop student quality in the Secondary Education Service Area Office Nakhon Sawan found that it consists of three main sections: the introduction, content and operational guidelines, and success conditions. The overall appropriateness of the manual was rated at the highest level. 3.The implementation result of the management model for the student support system to develop student quality in the Secondary Education Service Area Office Nakhon Sawan received a high level of overall satisfaction. Students demonstrated improved academic achievement, reaching an excellent level, and their evaluation scores for desirable characteristics increased to an outstanding level. 4.The evaluation result of the management model for the student support system to develop student quality in the Secondary Education Service Area Office Nakhon Sawan was rated at the highest overall level. When assessed by individual aspects, all aspects were rated at a high level or above. Ranked from highest to lowest average score as follows: accuracy, appropriateness, feasibility, and usefulness.
