Guidelines for internal quality assurance of primary school administrators under nakhon sawan primary educational service area office 1 according to the Sammappadhāna 4

Abstract
The objective of this research was to study the status of guidelines for the internal quality assurance of the primary school administrators under Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 with the 4 principles of effort. This research applied Qualitative Research and Quantitative Research. The sample was 297 school administrators and teachers. The research instruments were the questionnaire with 0.983 of reliability and the interview form. The statistics used percentage, mean, and standard deviation for the data analysis. The research results found that appropriate guidelines for the internal quality assurance of the primary school administrators under Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 with the 4 principles of effort had 6 aspects: 1) determining the educational standard of schools found that the administrators and teachers should study the related documents, 2) making the educational developmental plan for the schools focusing on the quality according to the educational standard found that the administrators should brainstorm for analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and obstacles of the schools in the form of the Committee consisting of the external people, 3) operating in the educational management developmental plan of the schools found that the administrators, teachers, and educational personnel should analyze and synthesize the results of operating in the educational management developmental plan together for developing the quality assurance, 4) evaluating and checking the educational quality of the schools found that the schools administrators should appoint the Committee for collecting the internal quality assurance information systematically, 5) following up the results of operation for developing the school quality found that the school administrators should manage the education and follow up the operation with the involved people, and have the information system for collecting the important information completely, and 6) making the Self - Assessment Report: SAR found that the administrators should make the order for appointing the Committee, make the Self-Assessment Report: SAR, and publish the Self - Assessment Report : SAR to the public for developing the educational quality assurance continuously.
