Abstract
The objectives of this Research Article study were: to study the condition and 2) to present the Buddhist innovation in the environment management of Educational Institutions Nakhon sawan Primary Education Service Area Office 1. This research applied Mixed Methods Research consisting of Quantitative Research by collecting the data from 297 school administrators and teachers of Educational Institutions Nakhon sawan Primary Education Service Area Office 1 with the questionnaire having 0.96 of the reliability and using the percentage, mean, and standard deviation for the data analysis, and Qualitative Research by collecting the data from 7 key informants with the interviews and the content analysis for the data analysis. The research results were as follows: 1. The condition of the environment management of Educational Institutions Nakhon sawan Primary Education Service Area Office 1 found that overall, it was at a high level 2. The Buddhist innovation in the environment management of Educational Institutions Nakhonsawan Primary Education Service Area Office 1 applied the Bhàvanà (development) in 5 aspects: 1) the landscape found that the administrators should change the environmental landscape according to the action plan of the schools with the agreement of the Educational School Committee such as providing the meeting for finding the guidelines for changing the landscape together, 2) the building found that the administrators should plan the building development for the maximum benefit, make the classroom clean and tidy, organize the space on the roadside cleanly, and use the resources prudently, 3) the security found that the administrators should plan the evaluation, checking, developing, and securing in the buildings, places, and environment for the mental health promotion and the security of the schools, 4) the teaching and learning found that the administrators should provide the learning sources places and environment for search the information, support the media and technology for the learning management, and 5) the personal interaction found that the administrators should promote the personnel for the good attitude to the society in the schools, provide the activities for making the benefits with the communities to develop the environment, and promote the Environmental Conservation Club for planting, and collecting the garbage that made the good relationship between the schools and the communities.
