Abstract

Anger comes from not getting what you feel or want. It often occurs when expectations, needs and reality conflict. Which was urged to happen when what is hoped for is as expected. It is an emotional state that has been with a person since birth or infancy. But a person's response to anger changes according to the condition of each age group. It will result in resentment and hatred towards others. Sometimes anger can have positive effects. If a person knows how to solve the problem and show signs of being creative Most of the reasons that make a person angry. It is caused by thinking too much and believing in one's own principles. Thus causing a lack of discretion Lack of caution which results in suffering to the individual both physically and mentally It also affects other people as well.
