Internal Supervision of Small-Sized Primary School Administrators under Primary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract

The educational management with the process of management, teaching and learning, and internal supervision was the process or method that the personnel of schools set the system to support and develop the teaching and learning for the workers suitably, and to improve and promote the quality of the teaching and learning in schools. In the present, the educational supervisors could not do the educational supervision thoroughly because the educational supervisors were no enough, and the knowledge of educational supervisors did not cover every subject. Therefor the schools should provide the internal supervision.
