Abstract

The management was the service with the science and the art in administrating the resources with the administrating process to make the results efficiently and effectively. The elderly depression prevention management should prevent and solve the problems with the personal development, giving the importance to make the potential and the life quality of the human, setting the organizations for taking the responsibilities in the prevention and the problem solving in every process, making the unity in preventing the flexibility in the operation, providing the treatment and the rehabilitation of the patients with campaigning in making the conscious and the immunity, the performance to the elderly with the screening, the rehabilitation, the transfer and following up, and reporting the data for the treatment.
