Abstract

This academic article aims to study the development of Buddhist administrative leadership in Phra Pariyatthamma School. can be applied for leadership development in the amount of 11 principles, namely, the DutiyaPāpanika Sutta 3, the Trisikkhā, 3 the Bhavana, 4 Brahma Vihara, 4 the Iddhipad, 4 the Sanghahavatthus, 4 the Saraniya Dhamma, 6 the Aparihaniya Dhamma, 7 7 Sappurisadhammas, 10 Dasapitarajadhammas, and 10 Nāthakaranadhammas. From the study, it was found that the status of Buddhist leaders who are able to manage conflicts in Thai society well must have The ability to apply Dhamma principles to govern oneself, govern people, and govern work can create unity and harmony, which is the principle that will lead the organization to achieve its work objectives and live together happily. As the saying goes, "Happy people, successful work"
