Abstract

Educational administration can be successful and effective and sustainable. When personnel in Schools are satisfied with their performance arising from the expectations they have for the management of the management within the organization. Teachers and staff will develop a feeling of satisfaction and willingness to accomplish their goals only if the task meets their expectations because work is an integral part of life. Job expectations are therefore part of life satisfaction. Creating satisfaction in work to meet the expectations of personnel within the organization that work satisfaction directly affects management. Executives who are smart and want to be successful in their work should meet the expectations of the organization to ensure that employees are satisfied with their work as much as possible. Therefore, in educational establishments, administrators should pay attention to the expectations of teachers. If teachers are satisfied with their work Teachers are willing to work with willingness to dedicate their knowledge, ideas, and intellect to devote time to the school which will lead to the achievement of the school's aims, increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of school administration in accordance with and meeting the needs of the school.
