Abstract

 Educational administration requires six principles of good governance, namely the rule of law, the principle of morality, the principle of transparency. Participation principle Principles of responsibility and principles of value coupled with the principle. There are four important administrations known as 4Ms, namely 1) People (Man) 2) Money 3) Materials 4) Management. System and regulation means having credible rules and theories.  Resulting from scientific research using appropriate resources and techniques to achieve common objectives is a systematic operation by using factors or administrative resources to achieve the objectives and goals set.
