Abstract

This research Article study of A comparative study of the electoral system of the members of the house of representatives of the federal republic of Germany and the Kingdom of Thailand.

             The objectives are to study the electoral system of the members of the house of representatives of the federal republic of Germany And the Kingdom of Thailand as follows: According to the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Germany, C.E.1949. And the Election of Members of the house of representatives Act of C.E.2019. (1) the electoral system of The Members of the house of representatives of Federal Republic of Germany; and the Act on the Election of Members of the house of representatives,  C.E. 2019, (2) the electoral system of members of the house of representatives under the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, B..E. 2560, (3) the calculation of the number of the house of representatives under the qualitative research studies Act on Election of members of the house of representatives, CE. 2018. And this research is a qualitative research studies and analyzing data from concepts, theories, textbooks, research results, including electronic media.
